Duties of the Directorate of Human Resources Affairs

First: Human Resources Management Department:
  1. Implementation of procedures for job applicants.
  2. Implementation of procedures for the formation of various committees (permanent and temporary) and circulars.
  3. Implementation of procedures for holidays of all kinds
  4. Preparation of books and memos to answer inquiries from different parties (inside or outside the bank)

Second: Human resource planning department:
Manpower planning and organization of the training process where the human resources planning depends on the preparation of staff and the implementation of the training program plan both inside and outside Iraq to improve the performance of employees, while the training work is conducted through the provision of a package of training programs that begin to identify the needs and ends with the assessment of the training process. Carry out updates submitted by the departments in order to develop the job description and according to the developments in the organizational and functional structure.   5. Send books to Zain Iraq Mobile Telecommunications Company and Asia cell and prepare memos for the disbursement of mobile phones according to lists received from the companies.
  6. Send all the books or circulars to the branches of the bank in Basra, Sulaymaniyah and Erbil.
Fifth: Central Preservation Department:
