For the purpose of raising awareness and culture of total quality management and institutional development, the central Bank Basra Branch did workshop for the period of 18 – 20 FEB 2018 presented by a team of total quality management department from main branch to introduce employees to the concept of total quality management and to apply the central bank strategy for 2016-2020.
