CBI organizes a visit for a Media Delegation

CBI organized, Wednesday a visit for a delegation of media professionals working in a number of official, media and press institutions. The meeting with the CBI senior management  discussed a number of issues related to the CBI roles and tasks, and its development initiatives in reviving the economy, as well as the “Tamkeen” initiative and the role of the bank in supervising banks and their classification mechanisms, and talking about the letters of guarantee platform and its practical effects .They also discussed the role of the bank ,the selling of currency window and its functions, and the rise in the bank’s reserves of hard currency and answering the questions posed by the media delegation regarding a number of different issues. During the meeting, the attendees stressed the need to take information from its official sources and not to spread malicious rumors with narrow goals and interests aimed at misleading public opinion.
