   Administration & Economy/ High Studies 1979.

♦ Bachelor of Accounting & Business Management/ Al-Mustansiriyah University 1976.

♦ Certified Public Accountant(CPA).

Scientific Expertise:

♦ Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq and Chairman of Board of Directors

♦ Chairman of Anti-Money Laundering & Financing Terrorism Council

♦ Governor of Iraq for IMF, IDB and AMF.

♦ A member of Arab Academy for Management, Financial and Banking Sciences.

♦ A member of World Union of Arab Bankers

♦ Secretary General of the Iraqi Cabinet, Chairman of the Council of Acting Ministries , Chairman of the

   Council of Owners of Transparency Initiative for International Extractive Industries,Chairman of Joint

   Anti-Corruption Council for the period (2006-2014).

♦ General Inspector for Ministry of Oil (2004-2006)

♦ He worked for the period (1981-2003) in Kuwait, KSA, UAE and Canada on financial analysis, external
