The Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq held a meeting with the President of the Federal Board of Supreme Audit and the President of the Iraqi Association of Certified Accountants to discuss the performance of auditors regarding the accounting disclosure of banks and non-banking financial institutions on their financial statements and ways to improve them. Also, Priorities of professional work and cooperation to raise the level of supervisory and professional work to ensure the improvement of the performance of banks and non-banking financial institutions and to anticipate and detect any problems that may occur and detect them before they occur.
