Duties of the Directorate of Engineering and Technical Affairs

First: Engineering Section:

1. Follow-up maintenance works for the buildings and other facilities of the Bank in Al-Rasheed St. and Al-Jadriya sites as well as Al-Nahda Garage in all specialties (civil, health, electrical and mechanical)
2. Follow up all the work required by the protection force of the bank and the army units that perform duties in Al-Rasheed Street to secure the protection of the bank's buildings, which is the installation of caravans and equip it with electricity, cooling system and other services.
3. Engage maintenance engineers in the work of the new bank-building project in Jadiriyah and in committees related to it.
4. Assigning our engineers in other works such as setting up new facilities at any site belongs to the bank.
5. Follow-up and maintenance of existing gardens around the Bank's buildings.
6. The maintenance engineers and technicians follow up the work of installing and distributing furniture in the buildings of the bank.
7. Supervising the repair committee for works that fall outside the possibility of Section.

Second: Projects Department:

1. Study and prepare plans for projects and prepare integrated studies (technical and economic feasibility) to determine the requirements for the establishment of new projects or rehabilitation and maintenance of existing buildings and prioritize their implementation and the preparation of plans to implement them.  (Approved schemes and bill of quantities, title deed, project location, tender documents).
2. Monitoring and audit the expenses of the plan and submitted reports to the senior management of the bank.
3. Supervision and follow-up on the progress of work in projects under implementation.
4. Study and analysis of bidding tenders for projects.
5. Audit and follow-up rates of projects completion.
6. Ensure proper control of paper and electronic engineering documents in accordance with ISO 9001 standards, through archiving and storing documents and engineering project information appropriately and maintaining a structured archive of each document Paper and electronic software.

Third: Purchasing and Stores Department:

Receipt of materials, devices, and their entry into warehouses and electronic documentation using the IBCS system and recording them in special records, making purchases according to the needs of the bank, and preparing special publications for the bank (official books, internal notes, vacation forms and others).
 

Fourth: Department of Occupational Health and Safety:

Conducting medical examinations for workers and diagnosis of occupational diseases through the professional medical team of the National Center for Occupational Health and Safety and conducting rodent and insect control campaigns for all buildings and in agreement with the Center for Transitional Diseases and working on the re-examination of medical personnel in the issuance department and cabinets according to the periods fixed in the table To achieve professional safety and raise risks for all employees and to examine the fire extinguishers and wet and dry systems and self-extinguishing systems for all buildings and the formation of a first aid team and provide the requirements of prevention and ambulance For the injured and the formation of self-protection teams and civil defense sentry duty.

 

Fifth: Services Section:

Follow-up the work and administrative services and accomplish the daily duties of the delivery of officials assigned to the official duties and maintenance of vehicles on a continuous basis.
