Proceeding from the strategy of CBI to adopt electronic payment in financial transactions and based on the letter of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers / Department of Cabinet Affairs and Committees No. SZL/1/10/Imam/3609 on 1/22/2023 containing Cabinet Resolution No. ( 23044) of 2023 and taken in the third regular session held on 1/17/2023 regarding the publication of points of sale (POS), it was decided to oblige all banks and all electronic payment service providers to create a short educational and advertising video on social networking sites or any other means they deem appropriate for acquiring merchants Point-of-sale devices (POS) as a kind of encouraging advertising for them and a kind of awareness for the citizen and guiding him to the whereabouts of these devices through which he can pay with his card without incurring any additional fees for the purchase process.
