Letter of guarantee

Based on CBI Board of Directors decision of No. (15) of 2023, it was decided that the brokerage companies should buy and sell foreign currencies located within the governorates of (Anbar and Nineveh) all by providing us with a new letter of guarantee issued by one of the banks approved by CBI and at a rate of 10% of the company’s capital It is valid for one year, Extendable, so that its maturity date is until 12/31/2023 based on what was mentioned in our circular no. (9 / Z / 532) on 12/22/2022, since the license granted mentioned company is still valid.
