CBI Governor receives the Lebanese Minister of Energy and Water
His Excellency the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Mr. Mustafa Ghalib Mukheef, received today Tuesday, His Excellency the Lebanese Minister of Energy and Water, Dr. Walid Fayad, and his accompanying delegation. At the beginning of the meeting, the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq welcomed the visiting delegation and affirmed his keenness to develop bilateral relations to serve the two countries' interests. During the meeting, they discussed aspects of bilateral cooperation between Baghdad and Beirut and banking mechanisms to pay the Lebanese side's obligations regarding Iraq's dues from the agreement to export the fuel oil product to Lebanon.Central Bank of Iraq
