CBI decides to increase development initiatives
Today, Tuesday, the Central Bank of Iraq announced that it would continue to provide the necessary funding for its development initiatives and raise its amounts to reach 18 trillion dinars. This increase in financial allocations comes in response to the success achieved in the development initiatives launched by the Central Bank of Iraq in financing various private sector projects and housing loans. The Central Bank added that this increase would contribute to financing economic development projects, increase local production, reduce unemployment by providing job opportunities, and support various government efforts to confront climate change. It is noteworthy that the investment portfolio of the Central Bank of Iraq represents real support and an incentive for economic growth along with the various government efforts.Central Bank of Iraq
