The Central Bank of Iraq: There is no such thing as (Libyan Dollar Currency)

 

Today, Wednesday, the Central Bank of Iraq reiterated that there is no so-called (Libyan Dollar Currency). And what is broadcast on social media in this regard is nothing more than fraud operations using counterfeit notes. This bank reserves the right to take legal measures against anyone who trades or promotes such fake currencies in coordination with the competent authorities.

The measures taken by the Central Bank of Iraq in this regard aim to ensure the safety of the financial and banking sector in Iraq and protect citizens' rights from fraud and scams.

It is worth noting that the Central Bank of Iraq had warned on 7/26/2020 of fraud and scams operations that weak-minded might practice in this field.
