The Center for Banking Studies honors the banks most participating in its training courses for the year 2021Today, Wednesday, the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Center for Banking Studies, Dr. Ammar Hamad Khalaf, honored the banks that most participated in the training courses held by the Center for Banking Studies for the year 2021, by giving them certificates of appreciation. It included three Islamic banks, Al TAIF Islamic Bank, Kurdistan International for Investment and Development, Cihan for Islamic Investment and Finance, and three commercial banks, the Iraqi Middle East Investment, National Bank of Iraq, and Erbil Bank.On the sidelines of the honoring held by the Center for Banking Studies at the Central Bank, and in the presence of the Director-General of the Center, Dr. Bassim Abdul Hadi Hassan, and the honored bank's management, Dr. Ammar said: "We are very pleased to meet distinguished banks participated in the courses held by the center," noting that "we have taken upon ourselves the development of the capabilities of the staff of the banking sector through courses held by the center according to high-level annual plans. Dr. Ammar praised the performance provided by the center during the past year, despite the difficult circumstances that faced the implementation of the training plan, especially the Corona pandemic.For their part, the honorees praised the role of the Center for Banking Studies in developing banking sector employees through the training courses it holds, expressing their willingness to communicate and actively participate during this year as well.
