CBI organizes a workshop to open Governmental Documentary Credits

 

 

On Tuesday, 12/14/2021, the Central Bank of Iraq organized a specialized seminar on (the mechanism for opening Governmental Documentary Credits) with the broad participation of private banks.

This seminar comes from the role of the Central Bank in supporting the economy and its contribution to the development of the Iraqi banking sector and enhancing the confidence of foreign banks in the Iraqi banking sector. The workshop dealt with ways to open documentary credits by the best international practices.
