CBI holds a workshop to empower women economically

The Central Bank of Iraq organized a workshop to empower women (Economic Empowerment of Women in Iraq - Roles and Motivation Engines). Emphasized the role of Iraqi women in facing challenges and creating hope.

 

The Deputy Governor of the Central Bank confirmed in a speech during the workshop that the role of women has become a cornerstone in the executive aspect of the Iraqi state, pointing out that this bank had previously adopted community initiatives focused on the care of Iraqi women. It will continue to sponsor such initiatives and events concerned with women's empowerment.

 

The Director-General of the Department of Women Empowerment also addressed the state's relentless approach to this goal to achieve a level commensurate with the desired roles of Iraqi women.

Dr. Wafaa Al-Mahdawi gave a lecture on the goals, challenges, and prospects associated with empowering women.
