CBI announces the completion of the unified electronic bond project for letters of guarantee

Within the efforts of this bank to develop the work of the banking sector and the efforts made to automate all stages of issuance of letters of guarantee within banks, the Central Bank of Iraq announces the completion of the unified electronic bond project for letters of guarantee that extracted through the electronic platform. As the date of 20/6/2021 has set to start work. It reported that the Central Bank had previously launched on 10/18/2020 the electronic platform project for letters of guarantee, through which any letter of guarantee is currently issued and extended within the banking sector.
