The Board of Directors of the Studies Center discusses supporting the payments sector

The Board of Directors of the Center for Banking Studies in the Central Bank of Iraq held its first meeting for 2021. The Deputy Governor, Dr. Ammar Hamad Khalaf, discussed several topics on the agenda, mainly the training courses achieved during the first semester and the special training for the payments sector through Preparing a plan that includes training advanced and specialized staff in electronic payment companies licensed by this bank. This training comes in light of the global and local trend towards creating an advanced generation that depends on the electronic banking industry.
