- Attached is a working license for Altaif Exchange company Private contribution grade (A) No. (9) For 2020, granted according to law No. (4) Item No. (2) Of Central bank of Iraq law No. (56) For 2004 and AMLCFT No. (39) For 2015 and applicable regulations. The company will be liable for this bank observation and monitoring.
- Agree to assign members of the board of directors (the gentlemen: Farhan Sadam Rahema, Hassan Abdulrazak Abdulreda, Hussien Shaaban kamel, Jassam Adnan Ali and Haider Ali Abdulhassan) genuine members of the board of directors and (and the gentlemen: Abdulkareem Mohamed Ali, Mostafa Mohamed Awda, Aiman Hamed Bertoo, Bassam Salam Dawood and Abdulrahman) reserved members in the board of directors as not a full-time job.
- Agree to assign both Mr. Hassan Abdulrazak Abdulreda company’s general manager and his deputy Mr. Zaid Ali Hussein, Miss. Hoda Abdulkareem Motashar compliance manager, and her deputy Miss. Roaa Abdulelah Naji and Miss. Hadeel Mahmoud Mohamed manager of monitoring and auditing as a Full-time job and not hired by other companies.
