Withdrawal of Roaa Al Rabia Company’s license to meditate the sale and purchase of foreign currencies

Based on the decision of the Board of Directors of this bank no. (148) for the year 2019 and because of the violation of (Roaa Al Rabia to mediate the sale and purchase of foreign currencies) to the Central Bank of Iraq Law No. (56) For the year 2004 and AML/CFT law no. (39) For the year 2015 and regulations organizing the work of mediation companies of the sale and purchase of foreign currencies no. (1) For the year 2018.

 It decided to withdraw the license of the company mentioned above and confiscate the deposits deposited in this bank of (50,000,000) dinars (fifty million dinars) in his favor and cancel the certificate of Establishing granted to it.
