Lists of those restricted from dealing in US dollars
The Central Bank of lraq is currently leading an initiative that will reform the Iraqi banking sector, requiring licensed and supervised Iraqi financial institutions to undergo a rigorous reform process. Until that reform is completed, the list of following banks are prohibited from participating in the foreign exchange trading window and from dealing in US dollars, directly or indirectly. This list does not prevent firms from auditing these financial institutions in furtherance of their full compliance with the banking reform requirements
