The Central Bank of Iraq organizes a workshop to build the national strategy for financial inclusion

In collaboration with the Global Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI) The Central Bank of Iraq organized a workshop to develop the skills and capabilities of the national strategy for financial inclusion. The workshop discussed the policies of the Global Alliance for Financial Inclusion in strategy building as well as the experiences of countries that have implemented financial inclusion strategies, to harmonize the stages of  preparation and implementation of the national strategy. It was attended by a number of concerned departments in the Central Bank of Iraq, in addition to a number of strategic partners from banks, electronic payment service providers, financing companies, and representatives of ministries and government agencies.
