For supervisory and regulatory purposes, the Central Bank of Iraq has decided not to transfer the ownership of the agents / cash withdrawal outlets (POC).  Mentioned companies bear legal consequences according to what is stated in (Chapter Three / First / 1) of  work controls for electronic payment services providers agents .
