CBI Concludes the Certified Bank Branch Manager Course

The Banking Studies Center at CBI concluded the "Certified Bank Branch's Manager" course. Thirty-nine trainees participated in the course, which was held from April 20 to 24, 2025.
The course targeted branches' managers and their assistants, executive management, and sales, marketing, and customer service managers.
The training program included "Managing Daily Banking Operations Professionally and Applying Innovative Strategies in Risk and Credit Management."
Participants received specialized training on the mechanisms for developing strategic plans for banks' branches. They also learned skills in data analysis, banking decision-making, designing innovative marketing plans, and increasing the customers' loyalty.
