Clarification about not dealing with electronic payment companies which is not officially authorized

It is noted recently that there are companies that advertise electronic payment platforms, so the bank would like to warn citizens and financial and commercial institutions from dealing with companies that conduct electronic payment work without authorization, Knowing that the Central Bank of Iraq is the sole sector authority responsible for authorizing of electronic payment service providers, which  published on its official website.
