Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq meets the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee on Lebanese banks

The Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq met on Thursday, 3 August 2017, Mr. Samir Hammoud, Chairman of the Lebanese Banking Supervisory Committee and member of the Committee, Mr. Ahmed Safa, discussing the status of Lebanese banks in Iraq to highlight all the problems and obstacles they face specially when the Committee has shown all the preparations in providing advice and training for the Iraqi banking sector also Hammoud praised the procedures and the work of the Central Bank in providing facilities for the work of Lebanese banks in Iraq.
