The Central Bank of Iraq warns of Financial Fraud

 CBI warns of fraud cases organized by unknown parties claiming to send aid from humanitarian organizations, and asking those they contact to open an account in CBI or an Iraqi bank, with the payment of transfer fees, and then they are informed that procedures require time or that the transfer is withheld, so we call on citizens not to deal with such practices that expose them to fraud.
