.Re-announcement of Public Tender no. 4 / renewed for a second time 2022 (equipping modern cars)
The CBI re-announce the modern cars supply tender, according to the technical specifications and legal conditions in section six of the standard document for the goods supply. Qualified and experienced persons wishing to participate from (public and private sector companies) should send their official authorized according to an authorization letter to the CBI/ Baghdad - Al-Rasheed Street - Building no. (2) Floor (3) Legal Department / Contracts Department to obtain tender documents for an amount of (250,000) dinars (two hundred and fifty thousand dinars) non-refundable, along with the initial insurance on the form of a certified cheque, bill of exchange, or letter of guarantee issued by one of the accredited banks inside Iraq for the order of the CBI, valid for not less than (180) days from the date of the tender closing at a rate of (3%) of the estimated cost attached to the tender, and the last date for submitting bids and closing the tender is before the end of the official working hours on Thursday, 15/December/2022. In case that the closing date of the tender coincides with an official holiday, then the first day following that is considered the last date, and the one who is awarded the tender shall bear the fees of publishing the last advertisement, and that this bank is not obligated to accept the lowest bids.
